JANUARY CHALLENGE

FLIP THE F@#$% SCRIPT

Every year we start the new year with grand plans or resolutions to overhaul our fitness.

This year we are going to FLIP THE F@#$% SCRIPT! 

This year the goal is to start where you are and practice consistency and/or increase intensity in a sustainable way.

SO... for this months challenge, we start with 15 mins walking 3X per week and build to 30 min walks 3X per week.  Feel free to customize the workouts to rucks, a run or increase time and distance to fit your goals,

WEEK 1:

Walk 15 mins 3 different days a week 

​

WEEK 2: 

Walk 20 mins 3 different days a week

​

WEEK 3:

Walk 25 mins 3 different days a week 

​

WEEK 4 

Walk 30 mins 3 different days a week

​

The goal is to be consistent this month  We have tried going from ZERO WORKOUTS to 6 days a week on January 1st for years!  

FLIP THE SCRIPT and START with a goal that is sustainable and practice building solid habits that will carry you through an entire YEAR of workouts!
