MONTHLY CHALLENGE
Our mission is to empower you to start making positive changes through fitness shenanigans and to give back to organizations that support our veterans and first responders through health and wellness.
How it works

We will have a new fitness challenge posted every month. Our ultimate goal is to get as many people empowered to move, so you can take it and run ... pun intended, or you can go to the D2'd shop and choose your own adventure. A single month or a monthly subscription will snag you an awesome patch to commemorate your accomplishment.

The number one goal of the challenge is to move and have fun.

Each week accumulate the activity minutes/distance and the challenge movement of the week.

The challenges are for every fitness ability.

You can split up the activities into manageable chunks as needed, or for you fire breathers, do it all in one workout!

There are no points off for freestyling, all that matters is your willingness to get up and move your parts in whatever way you can.

Or if you are just a patch collector that is ok too. 10% of all proceeds go to a great cause.
