Each week accumulate 7 miles.  "Fitnesser's" Choice:  Run, Walk, Ruck, Bike, Row

October 1st

1 Squat

1 Push-up

1 Sit-Up

1 Lunge

October 2nd 

2 Squats

2 Push-ups

2 Sit-ups 

2 Lunges 

.......

Each day of the month add one rep to finish at 31 reps of each movement on the October 31st.
